Emma Laney Smith

Multi-lingual with an innovative outlook, Emma deftly navigates the fast-changing cultural landscape, synthesising up-coming trends and innovations with ease.

Her career began at Added Value and included brand management at Coca Cola and heading-up trends at McCann before she founded Syren in 2005.

 
Amanda Herbert

Amanda Herbert

Amanda is an avid reader with a deep interest in anthropology. Her perspective and empathy make her adept at analysing complex situations to unlock opportunities.

Previously Amanda has worked in a Global Planning role at William Grant & Sons and at Added Value and Millward Brown. Amanda joined Syren as a Partner in 2010.

A straight-talking stats lover that doesn’t let up until everything makes sense. Relentlessly inquisitive, Neil has a talent for finding new ways to combine research methods to build a fuller picture.

Neil is a well versed qualitative moderator with strong quantitative and statistical experience gained at Millward Brown. He joined Syren in 2013.
